Fathers
God created a father to be the head of a household, just as He the Lord our God is the
the Father to all of us.
God created a man for a purpose in life as a father to be respected and wise, to give instruction and discipline to his children just as God our Father gives us instructions and discipline because He loves us.
God tells us in the scriptures we are to honor our father and mother, no matter what!
If we don’t we are in grave danger!
In this day and age we need to show respect for a father, a head of the household as God tells us in the Scriptures.
A father should be respected and looked up to for decision making and the responsibility of protecting and guiding his family.
In today’s world a father is a second class citizen.
Today on all TV sitcoms/comedy’s the man of the house is an idiot and cannot figure anything out, where does this come from, what is the source behind this?
This type of teaching imbeds in women and children that men in general are idiots, they can’t figure anything out on their own. Who is the source behind this?
Back 50 years ago the family weekly sitcoms
like, “My three sons”, “Father knows best”, “Leave it to Beaver”, etc, the father was the head of the household. He was treated with respect, looked up to and the family members went to for direction and advice.
Matthew 156
he is not to honor his father or his mother.’ And by this you invalidated the word of God for the sake of your tradition.
