Eyes









Our eyes are one of the many precious gifts from God.

God gave us eyes to see, sometimes we don’t see the forest through the trees.

Sometimes we don’t see what God wants us to see.

Sometimes we don’t please Gods eyes.

What do we do to please Gods eyes?

Eyes are the lamp to the body.

We are to find favor in the eyes of the Lord.

Dear Lord, help me to see and to please your eyes, help me to focus my eyes on your will and ways.

Dear Lord, help me to not focus on the ways of the world.


Matthew 6;22
“The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.”


Matthew 13;16
But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear.


Matthew 21;42
Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures; “‘The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes’?
